Dr Paul Irwing is a Reader in organisational psychology at the University of Manchester.

Paul Irwing is the co-discoverer of two major gender differences presented in six articles in Intelligence, two articles in the British Journal of Psychology and one article in Nature. He has a total of 50+ publications including 20 journal articles and has presented 30 conference papers/invited lectures.
